摘要
目的考察不同的乳化剂对酮康唑乳膏中酮康唑含量测定和稳定性的影响。方法按中国药典2005版进行检测。结果用十二烷基硫酸钠作乳化剂时,对含量测定干扰较大。结论分别用吐温-80、司盘-60和硬脂酸、三乙醇胺做乳化剂,则乳膏剂的外观、质量具佳,也较经济,可为临床提供疗效确切的酮康唑乳膏配方。
OBJECTIVE To observe the influence of the stability and ketoconazole with different emulsifier in its cream.METHODS Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2005.The wavelength of detection was 244 nm. RESULTS The content determination of ketoconazole was interfered by sodium lauryl sulfate.CONCLUSION As ketoconazole cream is prepared with another two emulsifying angents(stearic acid,triethanolamine and Tween-80,Span-60),the qualities is satisfactory.It is a useful preparation for the clinic.
