摘要
目的 建立毛细管气相色谱法测定大蒜油软胶囊中大蒜素含量的方法.方法 用HP-5弹性石英毛细管柱程序升温技术分离,FID检测器检测,外标法计算含量.结果 大蒜素检测浓度在0.5~3.0 mg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 4),平均回收率为97.3%(RSD=1.0%,n=9).用本法测得大蒜油软胶囊中含大蒜素为8.8 mg/100 mg.结论 本方法灵敏、简便、准确,适用于大蒜油软胶囊中大蒜素的含量测定.
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of allicin content in garlic oil capsule by capillary gas chromatography.METHODS Samples were isolated by HP-5 capillary column(30mx320umx0.25um) and were detected by FID and calculated by external standard method.RESULTS The standard curve was linear over the range of 0.5~3.0 mg·mL-1 with the correlation coefficient 0.999 4.The average recovery was 97.3% with RSD =1.0%(n=9).Detected with this method,The content allicin in big garlic oil capsule was 8.8 mg/100 mg.CONCLUSION This method is sensitive,simple accurate for the control of garlic oil capsule.
