摘要
目的环境、饮食、水源的污染,各种辐射因素,部分性病及生殖道感染皆严重影响男性的生殖能力。致使男性不育患者增多。对该病进行系统的研究治疗和跟踪报道,旨在引起同道对此类疾病的认识和重视,并进一步探讨中医药在治疗该疾病中的更好的方法。方法对208例相对不育患者进行精液分析和抗精子抗体检测,进行分类探讨其病因病机,按照其虚实表现进行分类辩证施治,并根据证型确定用药疗程。治疗后通过复查精液质量和抗精子抗体统计出治愈,显效和无效的比例。结论统计表明一疗程治愈率69.23%,总有效率86.97%,对一疗程未治愈者,继续治疗仍有效。中医药对男性不育的治疗疗效好,毒副作用少。

The objective of the research is to explore the TCM treatment of male sterility and to cause the importance and knowledge for the other doctors. Methods The analysis of 208 patients' seminal fluid and the detection etiopathogenesis and pathogenesis. The asthenta-sthenta manifestation classifies TCM treatment and decides the course of treatment. Rechecking seminal fluid quality and antis perm antibody after the treatment counts the ratio of healing well, excellence and unresponsive. Conclusion The statistics indicates that one course of treatment healing rate is 69.23%, total effective rate 86.99%.None curing patients after one course of treatment continue treat and to remain utility. TCM treatment of male sterility is effective, its side effect is little.
