哮喘患儿弓形体感染的初步研究

摘要 目的探讨哮喘与弓形体(toxoplasma,TOX)感染的关系。方法采用ELISA法检测哮喘组患儿和健康对照组儿童TOX特异的IgM、IgG抗体,并使用统一调查表进行问卷调查。结果TOX-IgG阳性率在哮喘组和对照组之间、<3岁和3~12岁年龄段哮喘患儿之间差异均有显著性(x2分别为21.219、5.696,P值分别为<0.01、<0.05);TOX-IgG阳性率在不同性别、病程的哮喘患儿之间差异均无显著性;猫、狗密切接触史在哮喘组和对照组之间差异有显著性(x2=24.765,P<0.01);TOX-IgM阳性率在哮喘组和对照组之间,不同性别、年龄段和病程的哮喘患儿之间差异均无显著性。结论哮喘与TOX感染密切相关,TOX感染可能是哮喘的发病诱因之一;猫、狗密切接触是TOX感染的危险因素。 Objective To explore the relationship toxoplasma gondii infection with asthma. Methods Serum TOX-IgM, TOX-IgG were detected in 269 asthma cases and 300 normal children by ELISA.Meanwhile,the subjects'living habits were studies. Result There was a significant difference in TOX-IgG between asthma patients and our healthy cohort population(x2=21.219,P<0.01), There was also significant difference in TOX-IgG between children with asthma under the age of 3 years and children with asthma from 3 to 12 years old (x2=5.696,P<0.05). The positive rate of TOX-IgG in children who had contact with cats or dogs was higer than that in children who had not contact with cats or dogs(x2=24.765,P<0.01).There was no significant difference in TOX-IgG between asthma cases in terms of sex, duration of asthma. There was also no significant difference in TOX-IgM between asthma patients and our healthy cohort population , between asthma cases in terms of sex,age,duration of asthma.Conclusion It is suggested that TOX infection be closely with asthma as a nosogenic factor. The children who had contact with cats or dogs is the major risk factor for toxocariasis.
