摘要
目的了解本院护士医疗锐器伤情况,并探讨相应的防范措施。方法发放北京协和医院临床护士锐器伤登记表,对本院护士的医疗锐器伤情况进行回顾性统计与分析。结果368名护士中有248名曾发生过医疗锐器伤,发生率为69.27%。结论护士锐器伤的发生与工龄、操作环节不规范、医疗锐器种类有关,应积极采取相应的措施减少锐器伤的发生,以减少护士的职业暴露,保证职业安全。
Objective To investigate the state of medical sharp instrument injury in nurses,and formulate its countermeasure. Methods Retrospective analysis was performed for the state of medical sharp instrument injury in the nurses in our hospital by ap- plying Registration Form of Medical Sharp Apparatus Wound' of Peking Union Medical College Hospital.Results 248 cases (69. 27%) had encountered with medical sharp instrument injury out of 368 nurses.Conclusion The occurrence of nursing sharp instru- ment injury is associated with working age years,nonstandardization of operation procedure and types of medical sharp instru- ments,The corresponding countermeasure should be taken to reduce the occurrence of medical sharp instrument injury and nursing occupational exposure so as to ensure occupational safety.
