摘要
为了探索高温焦炉荒煤气(COG)制还原气的实验条件,运用HSC-chemical软件中的最小吉布斯自由能法,对焦炉荒煤气非催化部分氧化过程进行了绝热等压热力学计算.研究了荒煤气初始温度、H_2O/COG和O_2/COG比,压力对反应体系平衡组成的影响,综合考虑了体系绝热反应温度,有效气体产率,有效转化率,能耗等因素,得出适宜的操作条件为初始温度600℃,O_2/COG,H_2O/COG分别为0.20,0.186左右,压力为常压或微负压.此时焦炉荒煤气转化率约为99%,绝热反应温度约为955℃,有效气体产率接近90%,平均产H_2约1.54mol/mol,增氢2.55倍.分析了H_2O/COG=0.186,O_2/COG变化时平衡产物的生成规律.
