摘要
本文回顾了改革开放30年中战略管理在我国的发展历程,主要从理论研究与企业实践两个方面,总结了战略管理在我国从无到有,到日益兴旺、蓬勃发展的成长经验,讨论了近年来我国战略管理的研究热点与实践成果的同时,还指出了目前理论与实践中所存在的一些问题,期望引起对这些问题关注和讨论,帮助理论学术界与企业适应不断发展的新形势,进一步促进我国战略管理的研究和实践的蓬勃发展,使我国的战略管理水平更上一层楼。
