摘要
事业单位国有资产的绩效管理是国有资产管理过程中的一个新问题。分析事业单位国有资产绩效评价的特征和必要性,制定事业单位国有资产绩效评价的具体内容和指标体系,对事业单位国有资产的绩效管理具有一定意义。
The performance management of state-owned assets is a new issue for the civil service institutions.It is of great significance to analyze the characteristics of the state-owned assets performance evaluation,and to specify the contents and the evaluation system.
