摘要
目的总结后腹腔镜输尿管中上段切开取石术的经验。方法对行后腹腔镜下输尿管中上段切开取石术的32例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果手术均取得成功,手术时间70～180min,失血量20～100mL。术后随访3～12个月,患者肾、输尿管积水消失或好转,无漏尿、结石残留、输尿管狭窄等并发症。结论后腹腔镜输尿管中上段切开取石术具创伤小、恢复快、具有可操作性等优点,值得推广。
【Objective】To explore the feasibilities and experiences of retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithoto-my in treatment of upper and middle segments uneteral calculus.【Methods】Retrospective study was performed in 32 patients who had got the retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy in upper and middle segments.【Results】 Duration of operation was about 70～180 minutes and volume of blood loss was 20～100 mL.Signs of hydronephrosis and hydroureterosis were cured or improved after 3 to 12 months follow-up.The...
