摘要
目的探讨高原缺氧对心率变异性(heart rate variability,HRV)各项指标的影响。方法通过对心率45～55次/min的无症状的心动过缓者进行24h动态心电图(Holter)检查并回放分析。结果24h时域稍高于对照组,总功率(TP)、高频(HF)明显高于对照组,LF/HF值降低,低频(LF)与对照组之间无显著差异。结论高原缺氧对心率变异性(HRV)有一定影响,可使反应迷走神经活性的高频(HF)明显增加。
