摘要
目的为探讨二次剪脐促使新生儿脐部残端脱落时间缩短,出血与感染的概率减少的临床观察。方法新生儿出生后48h后进行二次剪脐。结果50例二次剪脐的新生儿取得了很满意的效果,剪脐后未发生感染,明显缩短脐带脱落时间。结论二次剪脐掌握好剪脐时机,加强日常护理,能有效地促进脐带残端脱落,减少脐部感染。
