摘要
目的:观察从医院用75%酒精消毒剂中检出的解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens)对正常小鼠的致炎作用。方法:将该株解淀粉芽孢杆菌分别经呼吸道、消化道及伤口途径感染正常昆明种小鼠,观察感染小鼠的一般情况,定期进行血液白细胞计数和细菌学检查,并行内脏组织的细菌学和组织病理学检查。结果:解淀粉芽孢杆菌感染可引起白细胞数量增多,细菌学检查在感染早期为阳性,组织学检查可见轻度炎症反应,呼吸道试验组小鼠生长速度落后于对照组。结论:该株解淀粉芽孢杆菌对感染小鼠具有一定的致炎作用,并减缓小鼠生长速度。
