摘要
利用粉末冶金法制备了组织均匀的Ag/YBa2Cu3O7-δ(YBCO)自润滑复合材料,采用XRD和SEM对其物相组成和显微结构进行了表征,分析了银含量对复合材料显微组织、力学性能和摩擦性能的影响。结果表明:常温常压下,当银质量分数为10%时,复合材料的摩擦性能最好,随银含量增加复合材料硬度减小,断裂韧度增大;真空条件下,复合材料的摩擦因数随银含量的增加而降低,且基本不随滑动速度的变化而变化;当温度降低到超导体的超导转变温度时,YBCO的摩擦因数急剧降低。
