摘要
山药在我国栽培历史悠久,既是食用的滋补保健佳品,又是常用的药材。对浙江山药资源的利用现状和存在的问题进行了阐述,并从山药的菜用、药用和国内外市场等方面的前景进行预测分析,提出浙江山药产业发展的6点对策。
The Chinese yam has a glorious planting history in our country. It’s not only a kind of food that is good for health, but also a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine. The utilization status and existing question in the using of Zhejiang Chinese yam resources are analyzed, the Chinese yam’s market prospect of using as food and medicine are forecasted, then six countermeasures for the industry’s development of the Chinese yam in Zhejiang are proposed.
