摘要
目的探讨及评估应用异体脱细胞真皮基质关闭即刻种植软组织创面的临床效果及组织学特点。方法从2005年7月～2005年12月在北京大学口腔医学院种植中心接受即刻种植的患者10例,共10个种植体区域,其中男性4例,女性6例,年龄为26～59岁(平均56.3岁)。10例患者均已完成修复12个月以上(24～29个月)。临床观察追踪异体脱细胞真皮基质愈合情况。Verhoeff氏法染色观察移植的异体脱细胞真皮基质的组织学特点。结果10例患者中未观察到排异反应及明显的炎症反应,仅1例患者于术后20天时出现软组织伤口裂开,愈合帽暴露,种植体骨结合未受影响,直接安放愈合基台,其余9例均为一期愈合。组织学观察提示异体脱细胞真皮基质可有效的关闭即刻种植软组织创面并直接参与了种植体周软组织的愈合。至最后一次复查,10颗种植体未观察到松动或脱落,种植体周围软组织稳定,无炎症发生。结论异体脱细胞真皮基质可有效的关闭即刻种植软组织创面,近期效果满意。
