摘要
目的总结输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法采用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石105例111侧,其中上段结石7例(7侧),中段结石21例(23例),下段结石77例(81侧)。结果本组一次性结石清除率为91.9%,上、中、下段结石清除率分别为42.9%、87.0%和97.5%。1例进镜困难而中转开放手术;输尿管穿孔1例,置双J管6周;7例结石移位致手术失败,置双J管1周后行ESWL。结论输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗中下段输尿管结石安全有效,创伤小、恢复快,一次性碎石清除率高,值得推广普及。
