摘要
以贵州某储灰场所采集的湿排粉煤灰作为原料进行试验研究。考察了常压下,利用酸、碱浸出粉煤灰中氧化铝的特性和浸出剂种类、温度、浸出剂浓度及浸出时间等因素对粉煤灰中氧化铝浸出率的影响,以及助浸剂在酸法提取粉煤灰中氧化铝的作用,并分析了粉煤灰中氧化铝的浸出机理。试验结果表明,常压下不加助浸剂时只能浸出粉煤灰中一部分氧化铝,浸出率最高仅为29.01%;而在酸浸过程中加入助浸剂氟化铵时,可使粉煤灰中氧化铝的浸出率大幅提高,且随着浸出时间的延长而迅速增大,浸出率最高可达98.68%以上。
