摘要
传统用水效率分析一般采用万元产值用水量(m3/万元),单位面积灌溉用水量(m3/亩)和人均日生活用水量(L/人.日)等指标,指标量纲不统一,无法进行部门间的综合比较。能值(emergy)理论以能值为基准,将生态系统或生态经济系统中不同种类、不可比较的能量转换成统一标准的能值来衡量和分析。本文应用能值这一新的概念和度量标准将传统的三大用水效率分析指标转化成量纲统一的能值指标,便于揭示水资源的真实利用情况,综合分析水资源在各部门行业中的利用效率,为节水和供用水分析提供新思路。
