摘要
目的研究临床分离耐亚胺培南(IPM)铜绿假单胞菌的产金属酶的检测方法及耐药特征。方法收集我院临床分离的40株耐IPM铜绿假单胞菌作为研究对象,采用EDTA纸片复合法、E-test法和PCR法分别检测产金属酶菌株,用微量肉汤稀释法测定抗菌药物的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果40株耐IPM铜绿假单胞菌EDTA纸片复合法筛选9株产金属酶菌株;E-test法筛选6株产金属酶菌株;PCR法仅检测到1株blaIMP-1和3株blaVIM-2耐药基因。产金属酶菌株呈多重耐药,对头孢他啶、亚胺培南大多数表现为高水平耐药;阿米卡星抗菌活性最好,其次为环丙沙星。结论目前从临床分离的产金属酶铜绿假单胞菌多重耐药现象严重。
