摘要
目的观察留置前尿道支架管治疗前尿道狭窄的临床效果。方法选取2005—2008年5月在我院住院治疗或门诊就诊的尿道狭窄患者共38例作为治疗组,选取同期采取尿道扩张器扩张的患者38例作为对照组,观察两组的治疗效果。结果采用前尿道支架管治疗前尿道狭窄显著减少了尿道扩张次数,术后进行的尿流率检测表明留置前尿道支架管后所有患者的最大尿流率均较术前明显增加,与对照组比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),并能有效改善患者的主观症状。结论前尿道狭窄患者中留置尿道内支架管为一种较好的治疗手段,并取得了良好的预期效果,有进一步推广的价值。
