摘要
为抑制变频电源的高次谐波对变频调速异步电机的影响,提出从定转子槽配合的优化选择、转子槽形及气隙的优化设计、建立电机模糊自适应设计模型这几个方面进行变频调速异步电机的优化电磁设计。为提高现有变频调速异步电机电磁设计软件的实用性,利用Visual Basic 6.0开发出一种变频调速异步电机的优化电磁设计软件,完成了一台11 kW变频调速异步电机的电磁设计。设计结果表明,所设计的电机性能好,提出的优化电磁设计方法是可行的,开发的电磁设计软件输出性能良好,能够达到设计要求,具有实用性。
