摘要
目的探索千里光总碱对体外培养的小鼠黑色素瘤细胞增殖的影响。方法采用3H-TdR掺入法观察千里光总碱对小鼠黑色素瘤B16F10株的影响。结果千里光总碱可以抑制体外培养的小鼠黑色素瘤B16F10株的增殖。结论千里光总碱可以抑制体外培养的小鼠黑色素瘤细胞的增殖。
Objective To study on the effect of Jacobine total alkalines on the proliferation of melanoma B16F10.Methods Adopt 33H-TdR method to investigate the influence of Jacobine total alkalines on the proliferation of melanoma B16F10.Results Jacobine total alkalines can inhibit the proliferation of melanoma B16F10 in vitro in a dose dependent manner.Conclusion Jacobine total alkalines can inhibit the proliferation of melanoma.
