摘要
本文通过对上海大都市郊区化的现状与存在的问题进行分析,得出上海大都市郊区化健康发展的策略:1.明确市场与政府的边界;2.大力开发新城,缓解中心城人口压力,形成若干人口和产业的集聚中心;3.加快建设高效的交通网络体系,为"多中心化"的上海打好基础设施准备;4.借鉴美国做法,政府为新城发展提供政策的支持;5.优化城市产业空间布局,促进各城市功能区协调发展;6.加强土地制度的改革与创新,节约土地资源,推动城乡统筹发展;7.改革长江三角洲当前各个行政区域地方主义,各自为政的体制弊端,实现长江三角洲城市群协调发展。
This paper studies the suburbanization of Shanghai and the problems encountered in the process of suburbanization,and concludes that Shanghai should adopt the following approach in order to suburbanize itself smoothly.First,define the boundary between the city and the government.Second,develop new towns to relieve the population pressure on the downtown area,forming several population and industry centers.Third,speed up the construction of efficient transportation networks and give priority to high-speed tr...
