摘要
利用光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)传感器,监测了预裂纹Al合金试件在循环载荷作用下的裂纹扩展状况。借助裂纹处有限元模型分析得出的应变场分布计算了裂纹扩展到不同长度时FBG的反射谱,计算结果与实验结果基本吻合。研究结果表明:FBG传感器不但可以用来监测疲劳裂纹的扩展,而且在一定程度上可以判断出裂纹顶端所处的位置。
Fiber Bragg grating sensor is used to monitor the fatigue crack propagation of aluminum alloy specimen with pre-crack under cyclic loading.The reflected spectrum of FBG for different crack lengths have been calculated with a finite-element model of the strain field that results from a crack,and the calculation results agree with the results of experiment.The results indicate that it is feasible to monitor the fatigue crack propagation by using FBG sensors.In addition,the site of crack tip can be judged in s...
