摘要
南疆三地州贫困人口集中,贫困程度深、治理难度大,扶贫攻坚和解决温饱速度缓慢,任务艰巨,给新疆乃至全国全面建设小康社会带来严峻挑战。从反贫困的角度出发,立足南疆地区经济与社会发展现状,对南疆三地州职业教育发展的必要性及发展思路应高度重视。
The poverty population of the three districts in south Xinjiang accounts for more than 96 percent of the total poverty population in Xinjiang.This paper discusses the necessity of developing vocational education in these districts and treats this kind of education as an effective strategy to poverty alleviation.
