摘要
环境公平主要是指不同空间的群体之间对环境资源利用和负担分配上的公平,环境不公平在我国主要表现为城乡之间、产业和周边居民之间以及区域之间产生的环境公平问题。环境不公平问题已影响到社会的和谐,为此,必须通过完善立法、加强执法和司法等措施实现环境公平,促进社会和谐。
