基于改进的HU不变矩的电力图元特征提取 被引量:3

摘要 对电力工程图纸进行矢量化的前提是正确识别出电力图纸中的每一个图元,因此,对电力图元的特征提取变得尤为重要.对原有的HU不变距进行了修正,用于对常见电力图元的特征提取,通过MATLAB编程得出提取的各个向量.实验结果表明,改进的HU不变矩具有良好的旋转、平移和缩放(RTS)不变性. The prerequisite for vectorization is to correctly identify each symbol in the electrical engineering drawings.Therefore,the feature extraction of power symbol has become particularly important.HU invariant moments are amended for the feature extraction of common power symbol.Various vectors can be calculated through MATLAB program.Experiment results show that the improved HU invariant moments have a good rotation,translation and scaling(RTS) invariance characteristic.
