Influence of Adding Axial Magnetic Field on Welding Process

摘要 采用实验与理论分析相结合的方法,研究了外加纵向磁场对TIG焊电弧形态、电弧静特性及焊缝形貌的影响。结果表明:外加纵向磁场的加入改变了电弧形态,使电弧下部扩张,上部收缩,电弧电压升高,使焊缝熔宽增大。 By combining experiment with theoretical analysis,the influence of adding axial magnetic field on shape and properties of tungsten inert gas(TIG) welding arc and weld profile was studied. The results show that add axial magnetic field in TIG welding process,which changes the shape of welding arc,makes the lower part of welding arc expand and the upper part shrink,increases arc voltage and broadens weld width.
