摘要
用分光光度法测定了市售孜然粉中的黄酮类成分,并对其结果进行了分析从而对本品质量进行控制。结果表明,采用分光光度法测定孜然粉中黄酮类成分含量,在波长为510±2nm时,浓度与吸光度呈良好线性关系;该法简便易行、快速准确,可作为市售孜然粉中的黄酮类成分含量的测定。
Cumin powder were determined by spectrophotometry and the quality can be controled.The ultraviolet wavelength was at 510 2nm,there was a linear relationship between concentration and absorbance.The method is simple,quick and accurate for the determination of the flavonoids in the Cumin powder.
