摘要
目的探讨三枚螺钉内固定加囊内减压术治疗股骨颈囊内移位型骨折的疗效。方法回顾性分析200例股骨颈囊内骨折患者的临床资料,随机分为减压组及对照组,每组100例。减压组行3枚螺钉固定加关节囊切开减压术;对照组单纯行3枚螺钉固定术。通过X线摄片观察股骨头坏死和骨不愈合的发生率。结果减压组有移位的68例患者中,发生股骨头无菌性坏死7例(10.3%),明显少于对照组的36.9%(24/65)(P<0.05)。结论采用三枚螺钉内固定联合囊内减压术治疗移位型股骨颈囊内骨折,能够降低股骨头无菌性坏死的发生率。
