摘要
采用按旋转圈数分段延时减速结合最短减速时间的方法进行主轴定位速度控制,并利用控制主轴无级变速的变频器和PLC程序的配合予以实现。工程实践应用表明,其可达到有效改善定位的平稳性和准确度及减少辅助工时的目的。
The spindle positioning speed is controlled by sub-rotating circles and the shortest delay slowdown deceleration time,and it is realized by controlling the CVT Drives and PLC program.The practice shows that the result is smoother and more accurate,and the working hours are reduced too.
