摘要
目的:探讨中医辨证治疗慢性结膜炎。方法:选50例典型肺阴不足、津液失布型患者,使用养阴清肺汤加减治疗。选50例典型肝肾阴虚、虚火上炎型患者,使用桑白皮汤加减治疗。结果:治疗后患者双眼干涩不舒痒感明显减轻,全身症状基本消失。结论:中医辨证治疗慢性结膜炎疗效确切,标本兼治。
Objective:To explore TCM treatment of chronic conjunctivitis. Methods: 50 cases of typical lung Yin lack, body fluid loss in patients, the use of Yangyin Qingfei Decoction treatment. Other 50 cases of typical kidney and liver Yin deficiency, flaming-up of asthenic fire, the use of Sangbaipi Decoction treatment.
