摘要
目前,用户权益逐渐成为图书馆界众多学者研究的热点。虚拟参考咨询服务中用户权益的困惑在于咨询馆员用户权益意识淡薄,咨询馆员整体素质欠缺,服务时间难以保证,用户行为权益难以全面保证,服务层次低下。构建虚拟参考咨询服务用户权益保护机制需要培训咨询馆员、适时延伸服务领域、建立与完善咨询档案、构建知识地图与知识库、保护用户隐私权、重视用户教育及建立用户反馈机制。
At present, the users rights have gradually become the hot spot which numerous library scholars study. The puzzle of the users rights in the Virtual Reference Service lies in the unconsciousness of the librarian to the users rights, the overall poor quality of reference librarians, the uncertain service time, the problem of user behavior rights, and the low service level.
