摘要
我国石化行业的低温热系统目前仍旧存在着热源热阱匹配单一、换热网络结构不科学的问题,不运用科学用能的基本原理,以及采用技术经济优化的思想是造成这种现象的根源。在实践中,在更大范围内将更丰富的热源热阱引入低温热系统中,以佣经济学目标函数为指导并实施从模型到工程的系统优化策略,可以生成实用的优化的低温热网络。文中以一个5 Mt/a的炼油企业为例,合成一个低温热系统的年经济效益可达5000万元。
