摘要
碎块状石墨(chunky graphite)是厚大断面球墨铸铁件常见的缺陷之一,尤其在铁素体球铁、高w(Si)量以及奥氏体球墨铸铁中较为严重,它会明显影响铸件的力学性能,应尽可能避免或控制。碎块状石墨现象是目前全球厚大断面球铁研究与生产领域极为关注的课题,但其形成机理仍不十分清楚。笔者介绍了有关碎块状石墨问题的各种理论,并结合一些实例,给出了适宜的解决方法。
