简要介绍了生料生产酒精的机理和工艺流程,以及生料发酵的特点和影响因素,并对生料发酵生产酒精的前景进行了展望。
The mechanism and technological process,as well as the characteristic of uncooked material fermentation and influencing factors are briefly introduced.The prospect of ethanol production through uncooked material fermentation is also carried out.
