Resveratrol exists primarily on the grapes,Polygonum cuspidatum,peanuts and other plants,is a natural anti-tumor and anti-cardiovascular diseases,anti-bacterial,anti-oxidation and hormones regulating substances.This paper describes the structure of resveratrol,nature and preparation methods and health function.
