摘要
目的了解药物对老年患者的不良反应,为临床用药提供参考。方法对我科收集到的128例老年住院患者不良反应病历报告进行分类统计和分析评价。结果引起老年住院患者不良反应的药物共有10大品种,其中抗生素类药品占首位,其次为神经系统用药、循环系统用药。途径以静脉用药为主。不良反应的分类以皮肤及附件损害最为常见,其次为消化系统和神经系统的损害。结论应根据老年患者特点,合理使用药品,减少不良反应的发生。
