摘要
目的观察自拟降糖方治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的疗效。方法共选择糖尿病肾病患者66例,随机分为两组,治疗组34例在常规治疗基础上加自拟降糖方治疗,对照组32例仅采用常规治疗方法。比较两组的疗效及症状改善情况。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组的尿微量清蛋白排泄率、24 h尿蛋白定量、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、糖化血红蛋白与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组的临床症状积分除腰膝酸软外与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟降糖方治疗糖尿病肾病具有调整脂代谢、减少尿蛋白、改善肾功能及主要临床症状、延缓肾功能减退进程等作用。
