摘要
作者对经太空处理获得的玉米同一遗传背景下的基因雄性不育株与可育株 ,从形态、生理生化及分子水平进行了差异检测和比较研究 .可育株能形成饱满、可染的花粉粒 ,因此花药饱满、花粉量大 ,能正常散粉 ;不育株根本不形成花粉粒 ,因此花药瘦瘪、不外露 ,不能正常散粉 .过氧化物酶同工酶的分析结果表明 ,不育株与可育株在生理生化水平上也存在差异 ,并且找到一条能区分不育与可育的特征谱带 .RAPD分析结果显示 ,3.7%的随机引物在不育与可育基因组之间具有多态性 ,这一方面说明在DNA水平上可育与不育之间有质的差别 。
