摘要
组织是社会系统的组成部分，组织又是一个由人组成的有机体。在社会系统构成的环境中，组织能否生存并得到发展取决于组织的内部机制和组织与环境的关系。在一个特定的环境内，生态是指有机体和环境之间的关系。在开放系统中，成员要素的变化会导致系统的熵的变化。本文一方面，运用生态的观点，从宏观的角度讨论了组织与环境之间的关系，分析了组织在环境中生存和发展的途径；另一方面，又运用开放系统的观点，从微观角度讨论了组织内部机制对组织效能（生命力）的影响。
