摘要
中试电解槽中采用了双面电极板和湍流器 ,实现了电解液的均匀分布和电流的均匀分布。当电解槽的长宽比为 1.7∶1 0、电解液流速为 0 .139m/s时 ,电流效率为 84.82 %、乙醛酸的选择性为 93.4%。而在相同的电流密度和电解温度下 ,当小试电解液流速为 1.0m/s时 ,电流效率为 84.2 7%、乙醛酸的选择性为 86 .76 % ,放大效应接近 1.0。
Two-side plate electrodes and turbulent apparatus were employed in the pilot cell.Electrolyte and current distributed evenly.When the ratio of length to width of pilot cell was 1.7 and rate of flow of electrolyte was 0.139 m/s,current efficiency and selectivity for glyoxalic acid were 84.24% and 93.4% respectively,while under the same conditions of current density and temperature,the current efficiency and selectivity for glyoxalic acid with laboratory cell were 84.27% and 86.76% respectively when rate of flow of electrolyte was 1.0 m/s.The scale-up effect was about 1.0.
