摘要
目的:观察用异种脱细胞真皮基质直接修复牙种植引导骨再生术后牙龈组织不足的软组织修复临床效果和其生理变化特点。方法:2007年12月到2008年9月在中山大学附属口腔医院种植科接受骨引导再生术的患者7例(其中女性5例,男性2例,平均34岁),7例患者术前诊断为牙槽嵴宽度不足,植入羟基磷灰石生物陶瓷后采用异种脱细胞真皮基质直接修补软组织不足,完成引导骨再生手术后10-12个月进行牙种植手术。临床追踪异种脱细胞真皮基质愈合情况及成骨情况。结果:7例患者异种脱细胞真皮基质均顺利成活,牙槽嵴增宽3mm～5mm。引导骨骨质量好,保证牙种植术顺利进行。结论:异种脱细胞真皮基质直接修复引导骨再生术后软组织不足的临床效果满意。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect and physiological change of using the acellular dermal matrix to treat the soft tissue insufficiency directly in the guide bone regeneration surgery.Methods:From Dec.2007 to Sep.2008,7 patients(5 female,2 male 34years old averaged)with narrow alveolar crests underwent the hydroxyapatite implantation.The acellular dermal matrix were also applied to cover the area where the oral soft tissue is insufficient.All the patients were treated in the Guanghua School of Stomatology Sun Yat-sen University and had the implant surgery 10-12 months later.Three of them got the delay loading.All the cases were followed up:the acellular dermal matrix and bone generation were examined clinically.Results:all the acellular demal matrix were survived.The alveolar crest got 3mm^5mm wider.Conclusion:The short-term clinical result of this experiment were preditable.
