摘要
惠南庄泵站采用大型卧式离心泵,变频调速运行。为满足南水北调中线工程(北京段)复杂的调水需求,合理地组合调速运行方案,确定可行的调速范围,使泵站机组高效、安全、稳定运行。文中重点分析了通过机组调速运行的优化组合,结合泵站小流量自流输水,实现北京段输水流量过程的无缝衔接。
In Huinanzhuang Pumping Station,large-scale horizontal centrifugal pump units are installed,which operate under the mode of speed-regulating with frequency converter.In order to meet the complicated water diversion requirement of the Mid-route Project(Beijing Section) of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project,the speed-regulating operation scheme is reasonably integrated with the determination of the feasible speed-regulating range,so as to enable the pump units to operate with high efficiency under safe and stable condition.Furthermore,the realization of the seamless joining of the water transfer process of Beijing section of the project through the optimized integration of the speed-regulating operation of the pump units in combination with the gravity-flow water transfer of low flow rate from the pumping station is emphatically analyzed as well.
