乳化交联法在载药微球制备中的应用及研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 介绍了乳化交联法用于制备载药微球的基本原理、种类和工艺过程;依据国内外的文献报道来分析了乳化交联法制备载药微球的影响因素,包括乳化速度、相比、分散相pH值和固化方法等;并阐述了乳化交联法在载药微球制备中的应用现状及研究进展。 Basic Principles and kinds of drug-carried microspheres prepared by emulsion cross-linking method were introduced.In comparison with spray-drying method and coacervation method,the characteristics of emulsion cross-linking method were stated.The technologic processes and influencing factors of drug-carried microspheres prepared by emulsion cross-linking method were presented.According to the domestic and foreign literature reports,the influencing factors of drug-carried microspheres prepared hv emulsion cross-linking method were analysed,including the emulsifying speeds、the phase volume ratio、the pH of dispersed phase and the curing methods.Also the research progresses and extensive applications of drug-carried microspheres prepared by emulsion cross-linking method were reviewed in this paper.
