摘要
健康教育在脑卒中治疗上的重要作用日益得到重视,综述近几年相关文献,从健康教育的必要性、对象、方法、内容、收益及中医在健康教育中的实施情况等方面进行梳理,分析认为健康教育在减少医疗纠纷、并发症、复发率、医疗费用及调动患者主观能动性等方面起到积极作用。认为对健康教育的观察指标、评价体系、中医辨证施护等方面缺乏研究,应进一步完善。
with health education in the treatment of stroke becoming increase-ingly important, the article collated the relevant literature in recent years, focusing on the implementation of the demand, targets, methods, content, revenue and TCM characteristics in health education, thus, he analysises that health education playes an active role in reducing medical disputes, complications, recurrence rate, medical costs and mobilizing the initiative of patients and is lacking in the observation of indicators, evaluation system, nursery of differentiation of symptoms and signs with TCM by contrast.
