摘要
[目的]观察眼针疗法对急性脑梗死后吞咽困难的治疗作用。[方法]将100例有吞咽困难的急性脑梗死患者随机分为眼针组和对照组。眼针组在对照组应用药物治疗的基础上给予眼针疗法治疗,2周后观察吞咽功能的改善情况。[结果]眼针组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]眼针疗法对急性脑梗死并发吞咽困难有良好效果,可提高患者的生活质量。
[Objective] To observe the eye - acupuncture therapy of acute cerebral infarction after the treatment of dysphagia.[Method] will have 100 cases of dysphagia in patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into eye-acupuncture group and the control group. Eye - acupuncture group applications in the control group based on the drug treatment given to the treatment of eye - acupuncture therapy, 2 weeks after the observation of improvement in swallowing function. [Results] The efficacy of eye-acupuncture group than the control group (P <0. 05) . [ Conclusion] The eye-acupuncture therapy of acute cerebral infarction complicated with dysphagia have a good effect, to improve the quality of life of patients.
