摘要
[目的]探讨中医辨证施护对脑中风患者恢复期的护理效果。[方法]70例中风恢复期患者,根据中医辨证论治的理论施以正确的中医整体护理,包括中医生活护理、饮食护理、二便护理、情志护理、功能锻炼康复护理、语言功能康复护理等。[结果]在中风恢复期开展的中医辨证护理,总有效率达到84.3%。[结论]中风恢复患者在接受常规治疗的同时,积极配合中医护理方法,是提高生活质量的有效方法。
[Objective]To investigate the TCM for stroke patients nursing care of the effect of recovery. [Method]70 cases of patients with stroke recovery,according to TCM syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine theory of the right to impose the overall care, including traditional Chinese medicine of life care, diet care, the second will care, emotional care, functional rehabilitation exercise care, rehabilitative care, such as language function.[Results]In the recovery phase of stroke care carried out by TCM, the total effective rate reached 84. 3 percent.[Conclusion]The restoration of patients with stroke in the conventional treatment at the same time, actively cooperate with Chinese medicine care is to improve the quality of life in an effective way.
