摘要
适用于环境背景中的羟基自由基的检测是研究高级氧化技术在环境治理中应用的关键,采用光度法检测羟基自由基具有快速便捷等优点。本文对比整理了羟基自由基的光度法检测方法,介绍了氧化剂显色法、比色法和荧光光度法在近年来的应用,并指出了各种方法的优点及局限性。
The determination for hydroxyl radicals suitable for environmental background has played a key function in the research of advanced oxidation applying for environmental treatment.It is convenient to determine hydroxyl radicals by spectrophotometry.Spectrophotometry determination methods for hydroxyl radicals were summarized in this paper and application of oxidation coloration,colorimetric method and fluorophotometry recent years are also introduced.The advantages and backdraws of the determination methods ...
