CD147与MMP-9蛋白在大肠癌中的表达 被引量：4

Expression and Significance of MMP-9 and CD147 Protein in Colorectal Carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨CD147与基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)在大肠癌中的表达及其与大肠癌生物学行为的关系。方法应用S-P免疫组织化学方法检测MMP-9蛋白和CD147蛋白在55例大肠癌和20例正常大肠组织的表达情况。结果大肠癌组织中MMP-9和CD147的阳性表达率分别为74.5%(41/55)和78.2%(43/55),明显高于正常大肠组织的30.0%(6/20)和25.0%(5/20)(P<0.05);两者的阳性表达均与大肠癌的浸润深度、Dukes分期和淋巴结转移有关。结论MMP-9和CD147蛋白的高表达与大肠癌浸润转移、病理分期有关,可能在大肠癌的淋巴结转移中起着重要的作用。二者可能是了解大肠癌生物学行为、淋巴结转移的重要生物学指标。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of matrir metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)and CD147 protein in colorectal carcinoma. Methods Totally 55 cases of paraffin embedded tissues from colorectal carcinoma and 20 cases non-tumor colorectal tissue were examined for the expression and significance of MMP-9 and CD147 protein by means of immunohistoche mical assay.
